Zen Flow is Vinyasa style practice, supremely peaceful yet vigorous practice, influenced by the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga and often dance like. Our teachers will guide you though their own unique sequences inviting you to connect the breath with each movement, combining pranayama and physically challenging asana postures.

Zen Slow Flow

Balance the Body + Mind.

Zen Slow Flow is a delicious slow vinyasa flow practice with longer holds and deep stretches, though it still has the same qualities and benefits of a vinyasa practice, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Zen Slow Flow classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga.

Zen Power Yoga

Stretch + Strengthen + Tone the Body

Power Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Zen Yin Yoga

Release Fascia + Muscle Tension

Zen Yin is a deeply meditative class of long holds and slow breathes, that aims to release tension by stretching the body's connective tissue and fascia.

Rather than using dynamic postures and heat, Zen Yin Yoga will nourish and relax you into a state of bliss and comfort whereby the pain, tension and stress will literally clear and dissolve. This is the perfect class to balance your regular hot yoga practice.

Zen Flow + Yin

Zen Flow + Yin is the perfect combination of vinyasa flow followed by yin yoga. The perfect balance of Yin and Yang. Begining with grounding asana connecting the breath and movement, before transitioning into a deeper Yin practice of long meditative holds  The perfect class to drop into your body and out of your busy head and reconnect with your body and breath.

Zen Pregnancy Yoga

Modified Yoga for the Pregnant Body
Join us at any point in your pregnancy for a 1 hour class designed to keep your changing body feeling nourished through movement and start to prepare key muscles for the journey of childbirth.
Each week we will practice a mixture of breathing exercises, modified yoga poses for pregnancy and finish with a meditation or visulisation designed to help you relax into your pregnancy and prepare for the transition into motherhood. 
A great way to meet some other mums-to-be and start to understand your body's needs as it continues to shift and grow.

Returning to Yoga after Pregnancy & Childbirth
The perfect way to start re-energising and re-strengthening your postpartum body whilst having some quality time with bub and getting to know some likeminded mums in your area.
