Over the past 12 years Zen has developed its own style for all thing’s yoga and Pilates. Our passion is to offer a holistic space for students to move + connect that is available to every body.
We offer 40 + classes week in studio and also have classes available online. From the traditional yoga classes of hatha, ashtanga, but also vinyasa, yin and power, plus wall, mat and fusion Pilates. We also offer Pregnancy yoga and Mums & Bubs yoga to support the perinatal journey.
